To ensure the most accurate fit, it is recommended to measure your body using a flexible measuring tape. For chest measurement, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. For waist measurement, measure around the narrowest part of your waist. For hip measurement, measure around the fullest part of your hips. For sleeve measurement, the tape should be placed at the center back of the neck, where the shoulder seam meets the neck. From this point, the tape should be run over the shoulder and down the outer arm to the wrist bone. It is crucial to ensure that the tape is not too tight or too loose, as this can lead to inaccuracies.
If your measurements fall between sizes, it is advisable to select the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
