Item Condition & Value Depreciation
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are welcome to inspect and try on the item as you would in a physical store. However, if the item has been used beyond this, you will be liable for any decrease in its value, which may be deducted from your refund up to 100%.

Shipping Fees & Exchanges
Please note that return shipping expenses are covered by the customer and will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without prior notification via our portal or email cannot be accepted.
If you wish to exchange a coat for a different size, we will cover the return shipping expenses. Please contact us via email before sending the item back so we can assist you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
